دور المعلم في نشر ثقافةِ العمل التَّطوعي

Abstract

تَساؤُلات الدِّراسَة: 1. ما واقع المعلم في نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي خلال العام الدراسي؟ 2. ما مجالات العمل التطوعي التي قد يتناولها المعلم خلال العام الدراسي؟ 3. ما المعوقات والصعوبات التي قد تواجه طلاب المرحلة الثانوية عند رغبتهم بالمشاركة في الأعمال التطوعية؟ 4. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى المتغيرات الديموغرافية (العمر- عدد أفراد الأسرة - ترتيب الابن - المستوى التعليمي للأب - المستوى التعليمي للأم - دخل الأسرة)؟

أهْدَاف الدِّراسة: تسعى الدراسة الراهنة إلى تقديم فهم علمي اجتماعي لدور المعلم في نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر عينة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض؛ وذلك من خلال التعرف على: 1. واقع المعلم في نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي خلال العام الدراسي. 2. مجالات العمل التطوعي التي قد يتناولها المعلم خلال العام الدراسي. 3. المعوقات والصعوبات التي قد تواجه طلاب المرحلة الثانوية عند رغبتهم بالمشاركة في الأعمال التطوعية. 4. الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في رؤية عينة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض لدور المعلم في نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي تبعًا لاختلاف متغيرات (العمر- عدد أفراد الأسرة - ترتيب الابن - المستوى التعليمي للأب - المستوى التعليمي للأم - دخل الأسرة).

مُجْتَمَع الدِّراسَة: يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض البالغ عددهم (70328) حسب البطاقات الإحصائية لعام 1439هـ. عَيِّنَة الدِّراسَة: تم اختيار عدد (500) طالب من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض كعينة للدراسة. مَنْهَج الدِّراسَة وأَدَاتُها: اعتمد الباحث في الدراسة على المَنْهَج الوَصْفي التَّحْليلي باستخدام أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، وكانت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة.

نَتَائج الدِّراسَة: 1. أن آراء عينة الدراسة حول (واقع المعلم في نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي خلال العام الدراسي) وحول (مجالات العمل التطوعي التي قد يتناولها المعلم خلال العام الدراسي) وحول (المعوقات والصعوبات التي قد تواجه طلاب المرحلة الثانوية عند رغبتهم بالمشاركة في الأعمال التطوعية) هي بدرجة (موافق) وبمتوسط (3.60 - 3.78 – 3.51) من 5 على الترتيب. 2. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 فأقل في اتجاهات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة حول محور (واقع المعلم في نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي خلال العام الدراسي) وحول محور (مجالات العمل التطوعي التي قد يتناولها المعلم خلال العام الدراسي) باختلاف العمر. 3. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 فأقل في اتجاهات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة حول محور المعوقات والصعوبات التي قد تواجه طلاب المرحلة الثانوية عند رغبتهم بالمشاركة في الأعمال التطوعية باختلاف المستوى التعليمي للأب.

أَهَمُّ توْصِيات الدِّراسة: 1. عمل دورات تدريبية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية لتدريب الطلاب على كيفية المشاركة في العمل التطوعي وبيان المجالات التي يمكن المشاركة فيها. 2. تخصيص وقت في حصة النشاط التي تم استحداثها مؤخرًا في المدارس للعمل التطوعي. 3. تضمين مناهج المرحلة الثانوية موضوعات تعنى بإيضاح متطلبات ومجالات العمل التطوعي، سواء في صورة وحدات مستقلة أو موضوعات مستقلة

Study Questions: 1. What is the teacher's reality into spreading the culture of volunteer work during the academic year? 2. What are the fields of volunteer work may the teacher deal with during the academic year? 3. What are the obstacles and difficulties that may the high school students face when they wish to participate in volunteer work? 4. Are there statistically significant differences among the study sample related to the demographic variables (age - number of family members - son elderly- father educational level - mother educational level - family income)?

Objectives of the study: This study aimed to provide a scientific and social understanding towards the teacher role into spreading the culture of volunteer work from the sample of secondary school students in Riyadh city towards: 1. The teacher's reality into spreading the culture of volunteer work during the academic year? 2. The fields of volunteer work may the teacher deal with during the academic year? 3. The obstacles and difficulties that may the high school students face when they wish to participate in volunteer work? 4. The statistically significant differences among the study sample related to the demographic variables (age - number of family members - son elderly- father educational level - mother educational level - family income)?

Study Population: The study population composed of high school students at the public schools in Riyadh city (70328) according to the statistical cards for the year 1439H. Study Sample: The study sample consisted of (500) among high school students in Riyadh city. Study Methodology and Tools: The researcher used a descriptive analytical methodology depending on social survey method, as he used the questionnaire as a study tool.

Study Results: 1. The opinions of the study sample towards the teacher's reality into spreading the culture of volunteer work during the academic year, The fields of volunteer work may the teacher deal with during the academic year. And The obstacles and difficulties that may the high school students face when they wish to participate in volunteer work, was agreed, With an average of (3.60 - 3.78 - 3.51) out of 5 respectively. 2. There were statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 or less in the attitudes of the study sample towards the Axis of; the teacher's reality into spreading the culture of volunteer work during the academic year and the Axis of; the fields of volunteer work may the teacher deal with during the academic year, depending on the (differences) variable of age. 3. There were statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 or less in the attitudes of the study sample towards the Axis of; the obstacles and difficulties that may the high school students face when they wish to participate in volunteer work, depending on the (differences) variable of father educational level.

The main recommendations of the study: 1. Conducting training courses at the secondary schools due to training students on how to participate into voluntary work and the areas in which they can participate. 2. Allocate time in the newly created activity share of the schools to volunteer work. 3. Include the requirements and areas of volunteer work into secondary school curricula, whether in independent units or independent subjects.
