الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير الإيقاع الحيوي اليومي على توقيت تدريب اللياقة البدنية لدى طلاب البكالوريوس في جامعة الاستقلال في أريحا بفلسطين، وذلك في أوقات مختلفة (6 صباحًا، 2 ظهرًا، 6 مساءً، 8 مساءً). ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (23) طالبًا، وطبق عليها اختبارات: قوة القبضة، والوثب الطويل من الثبات، وثني الذراعين ومدهما لمدة دقيقة، واختبار الجلوس من الرقود لمدة دقيقة، واختبار عدو 40 مرًا، وكان المعدل العام لأداء أفراد العينة على هذه الاختبارات ع التوالي: (57.23 كغم، 2.31 ى مر، 45.73 مرة، 44.09 مرة، 5.89 ثانية). إضافة إلى وجود فروق ت ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع القياسات تبعًا لتوقيت القياس، وكانت غالبية الفروق لصالح الساعة 6 مساءً، مقارنة بالفرة الصباحية. وبناء على نتائج ت الدراسة، فقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة تجنب التدريب الصباحي لتنمية اللياقة البدنية لطلبة الكليات العسكرية والشرطية.الكلمات الدالية: الإيقاع الحيوي، اللياقة البدنية، كليات شرطية وعسكرية. The Effect of Daily Circadian Rhythm on the Timing of Physical Fitness Training for the Students of Police and Military Colleges By Prof. Abdul-Nasser Abdulraheem Kaddomy Professor of Physiology of Physical Activity, Measurement, and Statistics Jericho – Palestine nassernnu@yahoo.com Abstract The Circadian Rhythm is considered a very important topic that attracts the attention of the human being from ancient times. The Circadian Rhythm exists in all living creatures; human beings, animals, and plants. The Circadian Rhythm theory of the living creatures is apparent in the Holy Qur'an in Allah saying: "Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "Who then, O Mûsâ (Moses), is the Lord of you two?" Mûsâ (Moses) said: " Our Lord is He Who gave to each thing its form and nature, then guided it aright." Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: " "What about the generations of old?" Mûsâ (Moses) said: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord, in a Record. My Lord neither errs nor He forgets." (Tâ-Hâ: 49-52). Therefore, this study tries to determine the effect of daily Circadian Rhythm on the Timing of Physical Fitness Training for the Bachelor students of Al-ISTIQLAL university in Jericho – Palestine. This university is a military, security, and police one. The effect of Circadian Rhythm will be measured during four different times; 6 AM, 2 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM. To achieve the desired goal, the study targets a sample of (23) students representing the university sport teams. The tests of fist strength, long jumping from the constancy, and arms bending and extension for a minute are made. These tests also include sitting up from decubitus for a minute and running for 40 meters. The general averages of the sample individuals performance during these tests are successively as follow:  57.23 kilograms,  2.31 meters,  45.73 times,  44.09 times,  5.89 seconds. However, there are statistical discrepancies in all measurements. These discrepancies are based on the different times of measurement. Most discrepancies have been apparent at 6 P.M. The logic reasons behind the emergence of such discrepancies during the evening time is associated with many factors such as:  The high degree of the body core temperature. The scientific studies confirm that the best temperature degree of the body core is realized in the evening; specially at 6 P.M,  The best motor control that is better in the evening time than morning hours,  The low concentration of the Hormone of Happiness or the Hormone of Darkness (Melatonin) in the evening. The concentration of this hormone is lower in the evening than its concentration at 6 A.M. This hormone reaches to the highest level during the period 2-4 P.M. However, its concentration continues during the morning hours. It gives a feeling of rest and comfort. The illumination causes a very negative effect on the concentration of the Hormone of Darkness. Accordingly, it is prescribed for sleeping during the long-distance travels and for treating the Jet Lag "Desynchronosis". Upon the findings of this study, the researcher presents some recommendations. These are as under:  The physical fitness training is not suitable in the morning. The trainings during the morning hours should be moderate to only activate the body,  The basic training for increasing the level of physical fitness of both sportsmen and students of military and police colleges should be from 2 P.M to 8 P.M,  The best training for enhancing the physical fitness can be realized from 6 P.M to 8 P.M.  The physical fitness trainings and sport competitions shouldn't be made in the morning hours,  The military colleges and sports unions should pay more attention to the timings of training and sport competitions, and  The timing of training should be reconsidered in order to obtain the best possible achievement
