الأمن المدرسي وعلاقته بالتحصيل الدراسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس للأمن المدرسي لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض، ومعرفة علاقة الأمن المدرسي بالتحصيل الدراسي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من: ) 47371 ( طالباً وتكونت عينة الدراسة من: ) 340 ( طالباً تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العنقودية، وتم التحقق من صدق المقياس بثلاث طرق هي: الصدق الظاهري، والصدق العاملي، والاتساق الداخلي )صدق البناء(، كما تم التحقق من ثبات المقياس بطريقة ألفا كرونباخ. واستخدم الباحث اختبار «ت » لعينتين مستقلتين، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي «ف » ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، والتكرارات والنسب المئوية، والانحراف المعياري، والوسط الحسابي الموزون لتحليل البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض يتمتعون بمستوى عالٍ من الأمن المدرسي، ومستوى جيد في التحصيل الدراسي، وكذلك وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأمن المدرسي والتحصيل الدراسي لديهم، وهذه العلاقة طردية موجبة الاتجاه، فكلما زاد أحدهما زاد الآخر والعكس صحيح. وبناء على النتائج المستخلصة من التحليل الإحصائي يوصي الباحث بضرورة بناء مقياس للأمن المدرسي للمرحلة المتوسطة والابتدائية، ودراسة متغيرات أخرى وعلاقتها بالأمن المدرسي.

This study aims to develop a scale to measure the degree of school security for high school students in the city of Riyadh. Also, it explores the relationship between school security and students academic achievement. Using the cluster approach, the study sample constituted 340 students from a school population of 47,371 students. The validity of the scale was checked in three ways: apparent validity, factorial validity, and internal consistency (the validity of the framework). In addition, the stability of the scale was checked using Cronbach Alpha. The researcher used the T test for two independent samples and the analysis of variance test (ANOVA) F. In addition, he used the Pearson correlation coefficient, frequencies and percentages, and Standard Deviation. Also, he used the weighted arithmetic means for analysis of data. The study shows that high school students in the city of Riyadh enjoy a high level of security in school and a good level of academic achievement. Also, it demonstrates that there is a statistical relationship between school security and academic achievement among high school students in Riyadh: This relationship has a positive proportional correlation. Each time one increases the other increases. Based on the results gained from the statistical analysis, the researcher recommends the construct of a scale to measure the degree of school security for intermediate and elementary school students and recommends undertaking research into other variables and their relationship to school security.
