موضوع هذه الدراسة هو معرفة التحديات التي تواجه الأجهزة الأمنية في المملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر طلبة برنامج الماجستير في قسم العلوم الإدارية بجامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية. ووفقاً لإجابات هؤلاء الطلبة كانت التحديات كالتالي مرتبة حسب التكرارات والنسب )الفساد، الإرهاب، الجريمة باستخدام التقنية، تطوير عمليات التدريب، السياسة الإيرانية، تجارة المخدرات، كثرة أعداد العمالة الوافدة، البطالة، حوادث المرور، الأوضاع في اليمن والعراق(
The current study aims to identify the challenges encountered by the security agencies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These challenges are identified according to the perspectives of the students enrolled in the Master Degree program in the Department of Administrative Sciences at Naif Arab University for Security Sciences. According to the responses of the students, the identified challenges are sorted according to their frequencies and percentages. These are: Corruption, terrorism, crime - related technology, development of training operations, Iranian policy, drug trade, the large number of expats, unemployment, traffic accidents and the situations in Yemen and Iraq.
