Unique among them are: - Settlement planning and its relation to traffic violations (TV). - Land use and its impact on (TV). - Urban planning and its impact curbing traffic accidents: Case study of Riyadh. - Negative impacts of changing settlement legalizations on traffic. - Planning residential quarters at Riyadh: Case study of Al Malz. - Transient roads inside residential quarters and traffic accidents. - Major elements impacting traffic accidents: Case study of Jeddah. - Systems determining traffic accidents sites and data bases. Finally the group suggested a number of genuine recommendations as regards the issue under consideration.
