The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency in the Arab world started to make a major problem with regional and national dimensions, as certain forms of deviation can hinder economic, social and cultural development, thus, political developments. It can also threaten the security of the Arab human and his right in security and stability. This book focuses on the issue of juvenile males in the Arab world. In the beginning the author talks about the characteristics of juvenile delinquents in the Arab World, whereas she discusses the impact of each of (the age element, level of education, and professional status) on the acts committed by juvenile offenders, she also shows the relationship between the type of criminal behavior and educational level of the juvenile. Then, the author addresses the social conditions of juvenile offenders, focusing on the impact of each of the traditional Arab family, and the modern one on the juvenile delinquency. Finally, she addresses the preventive and curative measures for juvenile delinquency in the Arab legislation, noting that the Arab legislation almost got past the issue of criminal responsibility and its corners for the juvenile, and judged that the juvenile who committed a delinquency act, must subject, to one of the following measures: measures of protection, the reform measures, measures of discipline, and light punishments, which is implement in places for juvenile. She also provides a number of recommendations to eliminate the deviation of juvenile in the field of family, education, media and the area of legislation.
