All societies seek to reduce and eliminate crime, making all the possible available efforts to achieve such reduction and elimination of crime through the concerned bodies. This book presents a range of topics that highlights the integrated efforts of the bodies involved in combating crime, which shows that the fight against crime is no longer limited to police tasks, nor to legislations, laws or provisions. In addition, the deficiency of social institutions - such as the family - in performing their role in the socialization and maintenance of morals; this deficiency has a negative impact on the fight against crime in society. This book also shows that the human society adopted an integral method in the fight against crime where all efforts unite to eliminate the criminal phenomenon and this effort becomes intentional, where any failure or deficiency can cause major defects which will lead to complete failure. The topics included in this book discussed the following subjects: administration of criminal justice policy and its relation to the integrated efforts of the bodies involved in combating crime, the integration of the modern scientific methods of the bodies involved in the fight against crime, planning and training to combat crime, the role of social work in the fight against crime and its relation to legal institutions, the role of police in combating crime and ways of integration with other bodies, the role of media in combating crime and ways of coordination with other bodies, the role of the correctional institutions in the fight against crime and the importance of integration with other related efforts, security planning for the integration of efforts of the bodies involved in combating crime, coordination between the direct and in-direct official bodies in the fight against crime.
