Abstract

Today the world witnesses an increasing evaporation of terrorism and subversive activities, which reach many areas around the world. For that, the international society is haunted by the obsession from the usage of the nuclear materials directly or indirectly to threat the peace and the security of the world. From here, the role of the nuclear security has come to the world arena, which means to prevent, discover and take the right procedures in the face of the criminal use for the nuclear materials or any other radioactive material or the facilities accompanied with.
