Abstract

This book is a collection of sociological essays examining the phenomenon of retirement from many different angles. It looks at preparing people for retirement, care programs for retired Saudi workers and their development, services provided to retired people in the Arab world, benefiting from the knowledge and experiences of retired people, benefits and drawbacks of the system of retirement, and presents a number of suggestions based on the researches presented.
