Abstract

The present book is, in fact, a compilation. It contains abstracts of fifteen research papers presented to the dynamics of the Conference on Judiciary and Justice. The Conference was organized by Naif Arab University for Security Sciences at its premises. It was held in cooperation with two Ministries _____ Ministry of Justice, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; and Ministry of Justice, Republic of France. The Conference was convened during the period: 15 – 17/11/1426 A.H. 17 – 19/12/2005 A.D. Research papers, in their complete format, presented to the Conference were published in two volumes.
